Chanel 08C, 2008 Cruise Resort stretchy halter top. There are 3 fully sequined camellia pins attached to the left strap. They are all attached by a few stitches AND by a regular jewelry pin so they be removed if you want to use them elsewhere. 

This can be worn 2 ways, as a regular halter or looped around the neck. The photos show it worn both ways.
